During the fourth general meeting, which took place at the Museo Egizio in January 2020, we officially welcomed to the Crossing Boundaries team two new members: Elena Hertel (PhD – Basel) and Renaud Pietri (Post-doc – Liège). We discussed extensively the overall workflow (restauration, scanning, encoding of hieroglyphic transcriptions, analysis of contents) and planned together new developments for the Turin Papyrus Online Platform (TPOP). We further arranged and scheduled several publications and organized a workshop that will take place in Turin in September 2020.
