In the course of the 52. Ständige Ägyptolog*innen-Konferenz (SÄK) in Mainz, this year held digitally due to pandemic reasons, ten researchers and research groups used the opportunity to submit their posters and present their work to the audience. Afterwards, conference participants were able and asked to vote for the best poster submissions this year. We are very happy that the Crossing Boundaries entry about our digital tools and methods for the reconstruction of fragmentary papyri produced quite some interest and thus we can announce that we won the first prize for “best poster” at the SÄK 2021!
