I am an external restorer working on the consolidation and conservation of the papyrus materials on the ‘Crossing Boundaries’ Project. I graduated from the Scuola di Alta Formazione “Opificio delle Pietre Dure di Firenze” with a degree in the restoration of culture heritage (with a focus on works of art on paper or parchment). Since 2008, I have been active in the restoration and conservation of objects made from paper, parchment, leather, and papyri. Since 2016, I have been working as an external restorer on some of the papyrus documents in the Museo Egizio. In addition, I teach courses on the restoration of books and manuscripts.
