Team

I have worked for several years on projects dealing with hieratic texts of different types from different periods, always aiming to pave the way towards the Turin papyrus puzzle. I have also edited or worked on various hieratic texts from the Middle Kingdom to Roman times. My main focus, however, is New Kingdom and the Third Intermediate Period texts. For the initial year of the ‘Crossing Boundaries’ Project, my colleague Nathalie and I will view, identify, and describe the texts and fragments in the Turin papyrus collection. The data we gather will be used by other project members in their reconstructions of the texts.
